Aim and Scope
Transactions in Physical and Biochemical Sciences (TPBS) is a peer-reviewed open-access inter-disciplinary research journal aimed to publish high-quality original research papers together with review articles and short communications bi-annually. The aim of the Journal is to uncover the underlying laws of nature and to provide a ground for publishing the practical and theoretical ideas and to foster communications amongst active scientists such as students, researchers and professors around the globe. The journal provides a forum to disseminate the latest scientific ideas about Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Biotechnology and Zoology. The journal is published by the Faculty of Sciences, University of Sargodha.
The objective of the journal is to promote and exchange innovative and consequential research ideas featuring the scientific and technological advancements in interdisciplinary fields. This is the right forum providing a voice to science on societal issues. The journal publishes articles related to (but are not limited to):
● Plant science including ecology, physiology, cell and molecular biology, mycology, biodiversity, evolution, genetics, structure and functions
● All aspects of animal life, animal behavior, developmental biology, morphology, anatomy, genetics and genomics, physiology, systematics and evolution
● Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical engineering, Agro-Food Biotechnology, Genomics and Bioinformatics
● Fundamental Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Plasma Physics, Laser Physics, Crystallography, material science including all classes of materials such as metals, polymers, ceramics, composites and nanomaterials and functional elements of materials including structural, electronic, thermal, chemical, magnetic and optical properties
● Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry including synthesis and characterization of organic compounds, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry and Physical Chemistry
